Question I need help.

I need some help and advice. I need to either fix the digital Tac and Speedometer, or make them analog.. How hard is it to do either or and about how much?

Just fix it. For analog you need to hook up a mechanical sensor, run a cable, etc etc. Diagnose what's wrong and see what needs replacing, and fix it. Worst case scenario, you need to get a new set of gauges, which can be expensive depending on condition and who is selling it.

have you checked the four plugs on the harnesses? it seems that they like to come unclicked from the back of the cluster.

Sounds like a simple electrical issue. Check all your harness plugs and fuses.

Check the connection of those two plugs that go into the back of it.

*Some (dis)assembly required.
