I have absolutely no power to my 03 cbr600 f4i

It sounds like you've still got some pinched wires somewhere that's keeping the fuel pump running.

Okay I got a new main wiring harness for the bike an it's still has the same problem can it be any of the wires up at the front part of the bike or the ones in the back I don't know where to look. what can cause a fuel pump to stay at a constant prime. what wires would you put together to hardwire a fuel pump to stay on because I got a new ecu too an it fixed the constant prime problem but the fi light comes on an stays on bike starts an rides still but very poorly

Priming is just the pump running with the bike off. It won't matter once the bike is running.

Ok so if the pump doesn't stay priming with the new ECU then you know it was an ECU issue. Run the code[s] if the FI light is on and go from there. And if you want to know wires then go download the shop manual linked in the tech stickys and look it up.
