RE: how to? swingarm spools
A stand with spools is much more solid and secure.... I've seen some people on here take their swing arms off and send them to Pit Bull to have some mounts welded on, but that seems like a bunch of work to me. Pit Bull also makes these inserts that you can put in your swing arm. Personally, I wouldn't drill my swing arm, and I wouldn't take it off either...guess I'm either stuck without them or I need to get a new bike.

RE: how to? swingarm spools
I had the tabs from Pit-Bull welded on, wouldn't have it any other way
drilling always seemed like a bad idea to me but whatever
I didn't paint mine, its underneath the swingarm and not really even noticable but you could easily paint it black without doing the entire swingarm all over again (you can hardly see it)
