how do i set my clock?

Default how do i set my clock?
My clock is messed up on my 2003 CBR and I can't figure out how to fix it

Hold both buttons down..wait for the time to blink..edit time

Funny I held down the top and bottom (at different times) I figured out how to change my mpg to km/h and reset my trip counter lol but I now have my clock set thanks guys
