Can you post the directions on how to change the FPR for f4i?

I have already spent 500 $ on getting new plugs, 4k maint, diagnostics and end up with FPR issue so want to take a chance on replacing it myself.

 

Make sure it's the FPR! If you think it's leaking, pull off the vacuum hose and see if anything comes out of the fpr when you start the bike. The FPR is on the left of the bike just under the frame on top of the engine... look for it in the service manual at www.stephygee.com

 

4K maintenance and some diagnostic at $500?

stay away from from that dealership. you sure it is the FPR and not anything else?

 

Got fpr changed but now bike heats up to 225 degrees plus and f1 red light flashes and bike starts missing again.... any help?

 

Count the number of times the FI light blinks...Short blinks and long blinks....=-)
