If its only doing it while on the center stand with no load on the rear wheel i wouldnt worry about it. Its quite common for the chain to jump and slap around when its not under pressure.
If you have some time take the rear wheel off and soak the chain in some paraffin/ kerosene and give it a good clean and inspect it for any stiff or stuck links. Also check the sprockets for wear.

Guys, I've been riding my bike for a day and a half now and I've found out that it does it when I open the throttle and then shut it. It does it from like

And here is a scenario -

Going from a 30mph zone to a 70mph zone back into a 30 mph zone

When i throttle up to say around 7k revs and then shut the throttle fast, it makes the noise untill the engne goes below about 5k revs.~

Strange??

Your chain is loose. I had that very same problem a little while back, before I adjusted my chain (chain must have stretched a good amount between clean/lube/adjust). I only got the noise when I was engine breaking (dis-engage clutch, downshift, blip the throttle, re-engage clutch). I would get this weird knocking sound. Turned out it was just the chain slapping pretty bad. Sounded like it was coming from the chain so I checked and it was really loose. Adjusted it up to where it needs to be and the sound went away. Do as jeffjones said too, take measurements all over the chain to avoid tight spots and loose spots.
