Ok so for the longest time (well 2 months since i bought my bike) my horn hasnt worked, figured a fuse or something ... well i blew a fuse with my HID's the other night so i checked the horn fuse as well. but it wasnt that cause well my brake and turn sigs work... so... im like wtf maybe it isnt hooked up right... so i go looking today.... and i found the problem.....

no damn horn at all. connectors are there but no horn.. who the hell takes out a horn on a bike... it is so vital LOl.. I almost took the horn off my buddies new R6 but i didnt know if they are interchangeable or not.. are all horns the same? Any idea what a horn will run... i hate when i have to honk at a douche that i cant and have to use my yoshi pipe as an attention getter...

Well I never use my horn anyway,but yeah that sucks.I normally just rev up my engine to get their attention.Hey if you want I can remove mine and send it to you just let me know.

 

hahaha, when im am not looking to use my horn, i always end up using it somehow...even now rarely will i press the horn button when i am cancelling my turn signal...haha...such a noob move

 

Took mine off to make room for the front stand. I was going to relocate it but changed my mind (wimpy horn). I'm going to try and hook up a garage door opener to it (the switch), either that or an automatic compartment in the undertail with caltrops in it.

 

Here's a couple links. I got the cheaper one, its pretty loud, just gotta get a lil creative to install it. And I'd imagine the wolo is harder to hide.
