Honda cbr600f4i 2002 tach

Default Honda cbr600f4i 2002 tach

Just had a healtech gear indicator fitted but now my tachometer does not work when you turn key the tachometer does the clean sweep but when bike is started the tachometer does not work I am trying to find who is at fault the company which fitted it or the healtech gear indicator is faulty and caused damage

Have them remove it - put it back to stock - and see if the tach works. If so then it's probably the indicator.

put it back to normal and still the same

Check the rev counter wire where it goes into the ECU. If the rev counter wire was pulled when the gear indicator wire was being attached to it, it might have pulled the wire in the ECU connector block. This could cause a bad connection.
