Well here are a couple pictures of my baby without the homemade undertail. The entire project cost about $8 and a couple hours of work and an optional 6 pack. Today I gotta hit the hardware store to buy some bolts to get the lights for the license plate to work and and I can put everything back together and be good to go.

can you tell me which wire is for the license plate light? (black striped?) thanks

 

the license plate light comes with a brownish yellow and a green, in which case the green was ground. Now thats if your looking straight at the wires that come out of the factory license plate light holder, those are the ones that I spliced into. Everything else went fine a couple pictures below.

 

Please do a write up on this. I refuse to pay almost 100 bucks for a fender eliminator and really want one. Hell if you make plans and how to do it. I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for em.
