High idle after installing new tank. Need Help!
So I have an 01 cbr f4i. I originally bought my bike with a kinda rusted tank and rode it like that for a while. Had a good deal pop up in my area of another cbr600f4i that was for parts with a super clean tank. Got the parts bike and ended up swapping the tank, fuel pump, fuel line, injectors and fpr to my bike. Didnt wanna drain the gas tank more or less lol reconnected everything correctly and now bike idles at 4K. Think I'm throwing a 1,3,9,11 codes. I just dont even know where to start. Vacuum lines all seem to be good. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I have full return of the cables on the throttle itself. Still have the slight little slack of turn before they catch. Yesterday when my fI light kicked on the idle dropped to below 1k but didnt kill the bike off. I rode it up the street and right when I got to the light and went into neutral. Went right back up to 4k rpm. Also it doesnt have high rpms right at cold crank. It will run low rpms for like 30 seconds then start to climb. Bike has always cranked and sat right at 3k before dropping down once the motor warmed up. I'm very confused.

Did you double check to make sure you didn't knock any leads loose for the map and air sensor while changing the tank?
I had to lift my tank back off one time because of idle issues after changing my tank.
I just reseated the connections to the air box and checked that there weren't any kinked hoses, I cant say for sure exactly which one was the culprit, but after I unplugged and reconnected everything and put the tank back down, a quick trip around the block and everything was good again, And that could be causing your FI light to come on. Mine did as well.
No guarantees lol just something to look for.
Id personally start with the IAT sensor, it could potentially cause it , since it controls air / fuel mixture based on temp.
