high idle

high idle

my 04 f4i idles at like 3k when cold and usually settles around 2k when warm. (sometimes 1.5k) but uauslly 2.

Is there any way to adjust it or anything I can do (spark plugs or anything) to get it back to normal?

Turn the idle adjustment ****. Its black and on the left side of the bike.

theres no idle screw on an f4i

Actually, there is. Look right above the stator cover sticking out from the corner of the fairing. Little black ****, kinda knurled. Turn it to the left to bring the idle down...
