The wires that go to the bulb are in a different type of material .. I want to say kinda like silicone ...
I was wondering If I can actually add length to that wire using regular wire ... ??

As long as you match the wire gauge I dont see why not. Solder them together though.

I would highly recommend against it. HID ballast put out a TON of current, and chances are extending the wire would screw up the resistance and cause damage.
