Thanx to all you guys I did mine yesterday. I ordered the slim ballest. I only did the low beam for now I want to see if I have any issues. I got my set for $70 and they work gr8. It took me longer to take off the front fairing than to install them. I did have to adjust the highth of the light so is wont blind oncoming traffic.
One thing I heard was that if you mount your ballest close to your gauges it will mess with them . Is this true?

Is it difficult to remove the front headlight fairing?

If you had the fairing off, why didn't you do them both? I have never heard of a ballast disorienting your gauges.

I did the 6000k, the brightest amount of light output and still has the blue to it. I did it to my Dodge Stratus too, they really are bright. It pisses off other drivers all the time. lol, but I can see so much farther.

Since you did it to your car, I assume you have plenty of wire to go from one end to another, correct?

Any problems with the car installation and is it a snug fit or do you have to modify a little?
