Wow, great work. That is really the way it should be done. Do you mind if i ask how much/where you got the projectors from? Was the project difficult?

nice job dude may i ask why were your headlights in the oven ? it looked like they were in an oven in one pic

This wasd done to open them up(heat the glue up which keeps the light together). I've done one on my gixxer and it's definitely worth the time involved to do it. Nice work!

Looks great dude, any pics of them finished and installed on the bike?

I appreciate it who ever lives near me (rhode island) should have a meet up when the weather is warmer and have a ride on my bike to see it in action

Bad ***! Does your forks get in the way of the base of the projectors at the back when you turn?

Yeah you have to set the oven to 325 for 10 minutes then you put the headlight in for 5 minutes.. after 5 minutes you loosen around the headlight as much as you can b4 it starts to thicken back up. Once you get some of it to be loose you can then put it back in the oven for 3 more minutes then after that it will separate easily.
