Default HELP... Trying to install lowering link

I have the bike jacked up right now, trying to install a new lowering link. Has anyone tried this on their f4i? I can't get the upper bolt out of the link because the swingarm is in the way. Anybody know what to do?

Ok now I'm stuck with the bottom half. I can't get the bearing out of the hole to be able to pull the stock link out of its place.

i meant to say move the swingarm up an and down and if i remember correctly the bearings stayed in, but it was a while ago, just whack it to get it out if you need to

Ok what I had to do was loosen the bolts on the two pieces that the link sits in between, then it fell out. Definitely don't wanna just whack that thing because then you'll mess up the bearing as it protrudes from both sides of the link.

Those bearings then needed to be reused on the longer link.
