Come on!! LOL,, I'm in the "need to know" stage !! Its already installed, i just unhooked it,, yeah, being inpatient too,,, when you hook the power commander usb cableto the computer (withit not on the bike),,and then plug the battery in,, does it light up?I haven't seen the lights yet to be honest with ya!!

Yeah it should light up. I noticed some lights when I plugged the 9-volt into mine.
The first time I plugged in the USB I didn't have it in all the way. It kinda stops and you think it's in when it isn't.Make sure you push it ALL the way in
Also, when the 9-volt is plugged in AND the USB, you computer should autodetect new hardware (I'm using windows XP)

Your PC will only autodetect new hardware if you are using XP or Vista. If yourcomputer isn't detecting the PCIII at all make sure you have installed the software and all your connections are tight, also make sure the USB port you are using is turned on in your bios and mobo, it wasn't on my buddies comp. If it still doesn't work try reinstalling the software. When I programed mine I did it before I hooked it up to my comp, just plugged in the 9v battery and usb port and had no problems, so I would recomend doing it that way. If none of that works for you then I would guess its either a problem with your comp or PCIII.
