Have you checked all of you fuses under the seat? I would start with fuses and see if your battery has a full charge.

When you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump prime?

It might be the voltage rectifier or stator. But I havent had to deal with either one of those on my CBR. So I am sure someone will chime in with more knowledge or some things to test.

Take the spark plugs out of the head and check them. Ignition needs three things - air, fuel, spark. If the pump is priming, that means you have fuel. We don't know if you're NOT getting any air - but you probably are because you only noticed the plugs weren't getting any power, so that's probably the faulty area. Check for discoloration at the tip and see if the give off spark. If all four are not giving off spark, then it's not your plugs. :0p
