Help needed w/ color code
hi guys,
I'm currently working on fixing some minor scratches and scrapes on my f4i.
Now i need the colour code to paint it.
The code inside the bike is the code for "frost white" which is correct for half of the bike.
I trying to find the code of the bleu/purple colour but i'm not having any luck.
Does anyone here know which colour code this is??

Should've said appears to be aftermarket. ;-) No U.S. model had those color combos from the factory. Taking a second look at enlarged pics, it appears that it is a Euro version - The CBR600F Sport.
Bobobob, where are you located? Have you inspected entirely under the seat in the battery tray area? There should be color codes from the factory.
Here's a couple of Euro references:
- Sale Honda motorcycle spare parts microfiche origin - http://www.bike-parts-honda.com
This one is using "NH-196" for the color code of this scheme...
CBR600F Sport Kuip Achterpaneel Honda Sport 2002

It indeed is a euro bike, im from holland.
The NH-196 color code is called Ross White, so im pretty sure it's not the right color.
I found this code under the pass. seat. I'll take off the drivers seat today and see if i'll find another code there!

Ok, so i just removed the drivers seat, nothing to be found there either.
I'll be taking of the rear fairing this friday to see if it's "hidden" somewhere else.
I did find some numbers on the fairing though
64460-MBWA-0000
this is the part number and the last 0000 should refer to a colour, if there were actual numbers there.
>PA6-PPE-GF10< no clue whatsoever

Do you have a Honda dealer anywhere nearby? They should be able to tell you.
Perusing Euro sites, the only reference to the code of your color scheme is NH196. One owner of the same color scheme referenced the dark color as - dark blue pearl...but that may not be the official name of the color.

Yeah, i talked to my local honda dealer and the only response i got from the guy was:
"look under your seat, there's a colour code"
Gave up after explaining and asking him three times....
Now i did find a company that specializes in Japanese Motorcycle parts and also does sell spray cans in "every colour that came stock"
On the website is indeed a color called "dark blue pearl" with a remark behind it saying "CBR 600 F 2002"
So i send him an email, including the picture and details of the bike.... hope he's going to have a positive answer.
I'll let you know!
