that and they figure if we crash without a helmet we will die... saves the insurance companies alot of money too bc they dont have to worry as much about supporting vegtables..... this state is sad

He can learn on it, just needs self control, but that's up to him not you. no one can make someone drive responsibly on a motorcycle. they are the only one on it. If he can learn throttle control and keep the RPMS down during the acclaimation period he can be fine. But ultimately its up to him.
