Ok so i did some more tests, the Engine stop relay "clicks" when i turn the power on or the kill switch on/off.

but the fuel stop relay doesnt click it all. I even tried a working 12v relay thing and still no click.

so does that mean there is no power going to my relay? should it be clicking?

 

to check the ecu youll have to get another one and test it, or take it to a dealer

 

what about the green ground wire in the headlight harness?? i know if it doesn't connect quite right the fuel pump won't prime
