Well if it's still any good to you I got the measurements. The nominal diameter of the bolt is 5.7mm or .22". I measured the actual stock heel guard hole and it's 6mm or .24". So I would go with 6mm for your design.

tips were in the design but when i cast them they will be rounded due to the sand not being able to for well to tight corners
