Headlights on a fuse?

RE: Headlights on a fuse?
Well big prize goes to Fuze. Grats man The black / red 12v supply wire was broken off the solder joint inside the starter / kill switch assembly so the blue feed to the headlights was never seeing any current. Great call Fuze. Since the whole assembly is plastic I'm going to avoid trying to resolder it and instead place the wire back in contact and use some hysol epoxy to lock it in position.

RE: Headlights on a fuse?
Epoxy didn't work like I wanted it to. The best solution was to simply break off the other wire at the solder joint, the blue / white, strip them both, tie them together and tape the wires up. So I'mjust bypassing the starter switch, which acts as a momentary depression switch cutting off the headlights while the starter is engaged to increase the power available to the starter from the battery. It doesn't phase it. Maybe if the battery is on deaths door but with a battery in good shape it seems to work peachy.
Thanks for the feedback guys, took a lot longer than I hoped but at least I got it fixed.
