Does anyone know where i can get these lights or what they are called?

Those would be angel eyes, also known as halos... for f4i's they're custom jobs... someone did a DIY a few months back, I'll see if I can't dig up the link

you can also buy em...you can buy LED versions or you can buy cold cathode versions...or like reaper said, you can fab your own...
