I am considering taking a stock clear windscreen and having it painted by a body shop to match the color of my 02 F4i(Winning Red) and was curious if anyone has done this? I would like to see some pics(besides black) if you have done this....

I painted my stock windscreen last weekend with some black fusion spraypaint and it looks awesome! black really looks good with red i think! gettin ur windscreen painted by someone costs way too much money that you could use for other mods! just my opinion but if you decide to paint ur windscreen get that fusion spraypaint from checkers for like $5! looks great after a couple coats.

 

I haven't done it myself but my best friend has an rr and he spray painted his stock screen yellow. It looked really good and turned out as good as I could've imagined. I'd say just go with the spray paint, much cheaper and it'll turn out just as good.

Just make sure you paint the inside of the windscreen and not the outside, for obvious reasons.

 

well i painted mine black and it looked great, buy ive seen others painted the same as there bikes color and they did it themselves and theres also looked great, just take ur time, spray one light coat at a time, then like also said paint the inside.
