First off Welcome. Second he was referring to the ebay grips I was looking at

 

I was thinkin of changing out my old grips....It just looks like a pain to put on

 

Its super easy. Take the bar ends off. Cut the old grips off with a knife. Put rubbing alcohol all over the inside of the grips and some on the bar. It will slide right on. Just wait over night so the alcohol dries out and they dont slip. It took like 10 minutes to do mine.

 

...or you can use hairspray instead.

 

Or an air compressor
