your dealer is assraping you. Expensive it is for those bolts. Think I paid nearly $30 for the frankenstein bolts, and $15 for the tank bolts. But I have my ECU on top of the battery like a 01 - 03 F4i does. Grant it I did get the battery that is list for the same (mine fried). But it just lays there. With the seat bolted down it aint goin nowhere.

Yea you've gotta have the battery cover (the little piece that flips open to expose battery).... it's shaped just right that the ECU sits right on top and the seat goes over it. Tuck the ECU wires down and under the bracket on the tank that the seat slides into. There's a rubber "U" band that goes over it to hold it down but it's a huge PITA to get attached and not break it in the process.

the one for the ECU? I have my rectifer in that spot on mine. Again its a F4i one too as my F4 one overheated n fried itself n my old battery. But that can be avoided by making sure you heat sink it well and not just ziptie it.
