Since we are on the subject, can you change the color of the cluster? Don't know about everybody else's but my '06 is orange with black letters, would rather it be blue or something.

i think the 600rr has a fuel gauge rather then a reserve gauge like the f4i, and it might also have an air temperature sensor. since our bikes dont have either of those sensors, you would have to get them from the RR or figure out how to bypass them. thats assuming that the gauge would be able to even wire up to the f4i. i would try to find a picture of just the gauge either in the for sale section or on ebay and see if its even remotely close to the same connector.

muckdawg24, check out http://www.bluegauges.com/, you can also do the same with a soldering iron and some leds if you are really talented with circuit boards

Thanks man. I can solder, but that board looks tiny! Rather fork over $70 bucks for it. The led's could be expensive.

Ill have to look it would be nice to have the temp gauge and would really like to have a fuel gauge rather than just a reserve
i am pretty handy at fabbing up some stuff so if i can find a gauge cheep enough to experiment on ill build it
