Yeah skinny, the bar ends will have either a phillips screw or an allen screw. Just loosen the screws (don't remove all the way), just a few turns until the bar ends are loose enough to remove. Then continue with the cutting and gluing and remember to let the grips set up for the recommended length (printed on grip glue container).
