No I do not have a powercommander, Im going to rip everything apart come winter and take a look at the valves after riding on it for about 3months or so. The pipe does just get held on by 2 screws for the time being, but im thinking about cutting some slits in the end piece and packing around it with some exhaust packing then putting a clamp on it to seal it off properly, then maybe wrap the end up with some exhaust wrap just for better looks.

My name is Phil and i am a new member. i have an 2001 f4i and i have been looking all over for a gp style pipe for my bike, just like yours. I saw the picture of your bike with the pipe on google images and i was trying to find a pipe like that. U said that you had it made by someone named javier on this forum. Can you please tell me how you went about that. thank you

I want a GP exhaust but i dont want to make my bike sound like a tractor. From what i understand Gp's are designed for liter bikes and since they have the motor to support the pipe they sound fine. I could very well be wrong, just what i heard.

Did you have to cut your fairing for the HR1? How was the quality and is it really as loud as they claim?

**** looks loud. i really like those short-triangular pipes on like the yamahas...i think. I would like to slap that one, but i dont want to mess up the back-pressure. right now, i have a an old junk-yard-like muffler.
