Galfer line install question

Galfer line install question
For those of you who installed Galfer SS lines, what did you use to mount the front fender? The stock rear bolt is too long as the "T" block for the factory lines gets mounted there. Did you just go out and get another bolt or something else? Also, how do you know when your done bleeding the brakes? No air bubbles are visible from either caliper, or from the MC. Thanks guys.

RE: Galfer line install question
the front fender is held on by a bolt on either side to the forks....nothing with the lines.
as far as bleeding brakes you need to bleed them until you dont have any air bubbles from the bleeder valve.
I would also suggest these...Speed Bleeders

RE: Galfer line install question
I just installed mine this week. On the left side of the fender(if sitting on the bike) I reused the rubber mount and bracket from the OEM. just sliced the rubber grommet with a razor blade, then put the SS line back in it.
On the right side, I happened to have an aluminum sleeve that was the exact same thickness at the "t' block that came off. I also had a clamp laying around that I used to hold the line just like the other side.
I would suggest you go to the hardware store, either find the same thread bolt, only shorter, or find a spacer that is the same thickness of the block from the factory lines

IF the problem is bolt length, just shorten it with a grinder?

The reason I want to mount the lines is to keep them from rubbing my fender, and to make sure they stay out of the way.
