So upon working on the bike I noticed one side has a bolt but the other does now. It's the shaft that goes through the front wheel. The side without a nut just has two holes in it. It looks like it should be like that after looking at the diagram off of bike bandit but just wanted to double check

 

That's the way it's supposed to be.

 

Ok it just freaked me out because it has holes like a cottar pin should be there at minimum
