does anyone have a good write up on adjusting forks to factory spec. i did seals and the feel ok to me but i have no clue what there suppose to feel like or be adjusted to. i just replaced the seals and kept everything where it was at. any info would be great thanks!!!

 

well its supposed to feel how you want it to feel. i don't have a guide but what are you looking to do? how much do you weigh? and are the springs stock?
stock settings for compression and rebound are in the owners manual Stephy G's CBR F4i Page bottom middle link, page 119.

 

if u take corners hard often...then u might want to set the compression and rebound something that feels a bit stiff. i mainly commute, so i prefer softer adjustments

 

Changing your seals doesn't change your suspension settings. There are a hundred videos on youtube that will show you how to adjust.
