Default FLUSHMOUNT info

Just to let me fellow f4i bros know you can use the 600 and 1000 rr flushmounts on the f4i but I might be the only newb who didnt know hahah I was waiting this whole time for the proton flushmounts to be made for the f4i. I have the hotbodies on my bike now cause the parts guy at the local dealership told me they would work and they were right..

BTW it just clicked that those protons woulda fit if i would have thought about it instead of being excited and impulse buying

Finally somebody had the nuts to try it. Thank You!!!!! I knew they would fit. I've compared my turn signals to my buddy's RR and they looked identical to me. Thanks again for confirming.

What did you spend on them and where'd you get them from? Also, did you do anything crazy with the electronics to take care of blink rate, etc? Are they wired for running lights too?

When can we see some pics?

I want some flushmounts, but still searching. Did you look at any other brands.

i got mine for 65 plus tax from my local honda dealer.. they only are two wire so i choose to use it for signals.. they flash fast but when i install the trick flasher ( heres the link http://www.tobefast.com/trickflasher.htm ) that will fix things and also give me more flashing options. The protons are also really nice you can find them at www.tricktape.com,, But any signal for the 1k and 600 rr's will work

The VFX running light and flash EQ kits at http://www.vfxkits.com work great too! The VFX running light kit works with Honda bikes that cut the +12V during the blink cycle - some running light kits can't handle that and require you to run a wire to a constant power source, like the headlight.
