***Updated Pics page 3***
Hey guys,

This is my first post and I owe alot of credit to the posters here for teaching me a ton about my new F4i. I referred to this forum like my bible for all my projects. Thanks so much.

I'm 32 and live in Kentucky. This is my first street bike and I'm friggin lovin it ! I wanted to post some pics of my bike and get some feedback since youguys in a indirect way helped me mod it.

My 2006 CBR F4i with 01-03 tail conversion

I thought about it when I started but my camera was at a friends. A DIY without pics blow. I will be happy to answer ANY questions and help anyone I can.

Its really a simple mod. Bolt off bolt on. Getting all your parts together is the hardest part. From the large items (subframe, tail etc.) to the small (all mounting hardware). I used a schematic from a online parts house to make sure I got all the right stuff and compared what I had on my 06 with the 01 and ordered what I needed.

Looks GREAT dude... I love it!! Sooo much better with the tail swap, IMHO. I really like the yellow too... always had a thing for yellow bikes

Congrats!! Enjoy it and ride safe!

Nice bike. I'm partial to the split seat, myself. Seems like you got the best of both worlds...the newer bike with the better (looking) seat. Congrats and welcome.

Edit: Oh, and i'm diggin' the can. Really matches up to the bike nicely.
