i live in north dakota, but i decided i was going to fight it myself. I feel pretty good at my chances i went to the site where i was pulled over and the intersection that he supposedly clocked me at wasnt even in a 30 zone it was a 35 and that intersection is at the very end of a 15 yard stretch where it goes from 45 to 35 to 30. Since I know for a fact he was moving when he clocked me and where he passed me he had to about 6-8 blocks back, so it would be diffucult to say exactly what zone i was in. So i took a bunch of pictures and my court date is next monday so we will see what happens.

 

well sounds like you may be doing just fine w/o a lawyer! good idea w/ the pics and what not. i hope you get off clean!

You stopped????? J/K!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck and let us know how it goes. Sounds like a speed trap to me, small city? I just got one for the exact same thing around here in my car. Went to court, everyone there had the same story, 55 in a 35, its how the city generates revenue. The judge helped no one!!

 

just go to court, maybe you will get luck. i got a ticket for running a red light and i went to court it was dismissed i just paid 50 bucks and went traffic scoo and that was that
