plug it. i did it on a few of my bikes and had no problem. i also threw a little tire slime (green stuff) in my hoops everytime i got new tires mounted. no problems after that

3000+ miles on my patched michelin pilot sport. No trouble till now.

it just happened to me too and i just have like 500 miles on it [:@], i pulled it out and the nail was in angle so it didt reach the center but just for safety im going to put some green stuff till the tire gets at leats another 2500 miles , btw is there a place that patch tires in socal that some1 recomends ???

i used to work for goodyear and patches leak far more often than plugs. if its not near the sidewall of the tire then plug it. most of my riding buds had a plug in a rear tire at one time or another. none of them ever had any problems. i wouldn't plug a front tire for safety reasons. i just put a few ounces of slime in my fronts and never had a flat.

no, you can get another tire if you have a money tree. i'd still ride on the freeway because i don't see the need to go over 100 mph on public streets anymore. get to the corners bro. thats where the fun starts

I plugged my old tire, and rode that thing down to nothing and it was held up.

Im with BillyThe Kid, for simple nail holes, I like the car tire patch method better than the plugs. For any
thing worse than nail punctures, would be better to replace tire.
