There are a couple of how-to's on this site (just do a search on "angel eyes") so I didn't bother posting my own although I took many pictures throughout the entire process so if you want to see specifically how I did something I can show you.

I used the instructions on http://www.geocities.com/jvxdriver/eagle_eyes.htm - but watch the video he posts, there are a few other neat tricks he uses. There was some trial and error involved, but I think now I could do the entire process including tear down and re-build in about 2 hours (3 hours if you include shopping for supplies) :-)
Ya I found a few after I posted that. I found those instructions several years ago I can't belive that they are still floating around lol! I'm a very visual person so any pictures that you took that you think might help me out you can email them to me at Nickm660@comcast.net. Did you come up with a final dimension of the ring and or how long the plastic rod need to be?? Did you actually stick the headlamp assembly in the oven or didyou do something else?? And what MCD LED's did you use??

Nick

a bunch of people have been PMing me and sending me messages on myspace and such regarding my install but i'm rarely on these days because i'd rather be doing other stuff instead of in front of my computer all day... leave me an IM - newguy2006 and i'll do my best to get back to any of you.
