Default Fiberglass Question

Ok, so i tried this in the general tech section and have had no luck so i figured i would throw it up here and see what i got...

Alright, so if i wanted to do some fiberglass work on my bike, what is needed to make it bond to existing plastic. I'm looking at (over time) going to a Street Fighter set up, and will be doing most of the fab work. I want to fabricate a "belly pan" from the existing plastics, but will definately want to be adding a little shape to it, preferably with Fiber glass. Is there something i have to do to prep the plastics to accept the fiberglass???

Any info would be great

Not really anything special I have had good luck bonding it with just scuffing it up a little bit using some red scotch brite.

Thanks for the responce F4Isvt, i kind of figured that roughing it up a bit would do the trick, i know resin is a pretty nasty substance when it's "Tacky" i just didn;t know if it rejected plastic or something. some things are tricky like that.
