Default RE: Few new mods

I am in the process of trying to make a fender eliminator for the same bike. My question is what did u do about a license plate light? and what size did u cut everything? like did u find a template online or something or did u just make the measurements yourself? cause im trying to make the measurements myself but if there was a template or something that would help.
thanks

Cool thanks for the comments guys! And I'm not too worried about my plate # being shown because It's not registered to my address anyway for insurance reasons (because it was cheaper if it was regestered in Pueblo! ) LOL!

axsys.. I'm pretty sure mine can't look that much better than yours I mean come on it's a coat hanger painted bumper black! LOL!

chpsk8er630.....If you PM me your email addy I'll get you some of the things I used and can take some ruff measurements. But basicly I just looked at the bike and LOTS of pictures of F.E.'s and figured it out. Now two things helped alot.....one I'm a metal fabricator for a living so that helped out ALOT and two I asked Competetion Werkes for a copy of their installation instructions and they sent me some of the best pictures I've seen of this. So me being a VERY visual person just started tinkering at work on my lunch breaks and about a week later this is what I came up with. The hardest part of it all was commiting to cut of the old fender, I mean come on it's ugly and all but my bike is Brand NEW and if I screw it up then it cost alot to fix it so that's why I did so much research on this before I did it!
