hello everyone, i am new to this forum and i just picked up my first bike the other day (Black and Red 2002 f4i) i got a steel of a deal on it because the kid crashed it. would anyone have one or know of any good web sites to find used parts (BESIDES EBAY) well just for kicks i'll put my Christmas list, i mean my Parts list that i am in need of:
-every plastic panel except for left fairing
-headlight
-front cowl mounting bracket (the metal bracket that the mirrors bolt to)
-front rim
-right foot peg
-bracket on rt side that the foot peg bolts to
-exhaust (headers & pipe are scraped up)
-gas tank
if anyone has any parts that they can help me out with it would be greatly appreciated! thanks aton -chris

 

well you can look at the classifieds in this forum, i and may other have bought things that we need/want.
you have a pretty huge list there and eventually you will end up on ebay but if you cant find oem parts look into ronayers.com

 

I have complete stock exhaust (headers back) for an 06. I think it will fit, but you would have to plug off the )2 sensor bung unless yours has one.

 

I have the front upper fairing if your interested.. my buddy droped mine and it just has a few scratches on it and is not cracked. It is black.

 

Do you need a windscreen? I have a stock one, I'd sell for cheap. Pm me if you are interested.

 

I wouldnt bother buying an exhaust if they are just scratched up. No one is going to see them. Unless of course they are bent, than by all means get a new one.

 

Have you thought about turning it into a street fighter? Probably save you a ton of money...
