Default F4i wont start after engine swap. HELP!

Okay first i wanna apologize if my grammar sucks. So i got a engine + transmission from craigslist the guy who sold it to me said that the engine works fine it had 22k miles on it and my engine took a dump on me at 70k miles so i figure that i can just change the engine and be happy ridding my bike. But it turned out into a nightmare i dont know a lot about how bike's really works but i know that swapping an engine isnt so hard. I putted everything together and tried to start it and it cranks, fuel pump primes ,it has spark, injectors spit fuel, the vacuum i connected by the owner manual. but it will not start! i need help maybe im missing something?! maybe the engine is bad? but i dont think so it spins like a regular bike. i heard that the timing might be off. How can i check if the timing is correct? also i heard that it might not start cuz of bad valves adjustment? HELP ME! lol oh i didnt mention that i recent lost my job so i cant pay 200$ for someone to take a look at it.

well it's time for you to cram like your getting ready for a test.

check your cam pulse generator connection...hook a jumper and see if a code flashes and reset the codes.
maybe you are not getting enough fuel did you prime the pump a few times and crank it over long enough for it to work the air out and get enough fuel..

after try to start it pull your plugs are they wet??? are you opening the throttle manually?
is your air filter dirty?
need to test compression on the cyclinders...

please get the service manual it's floating around here for download somewhere...for FREE
it will be the greatest help for a budget repair...and you will never look at your bike the same again after this....get ready to learn alot more than you expected.... it will be a head ache but also fun.

what did you do with your old engine? what is wrong with it???

Default Got some times to work on my engine. Thank You for advice.

I pulled out the spark plugs and they are wet. So i decided to check compression and it turned out that im getting low to no compression in each of the cylinder. I took it apart to see whats wrong with it, turns out my valves are way off its specified valve clearance some of them had no clearance what so ever. Im try to work on it over the week and adjust the clearance in hopes that it will fix my problem.

I took my old engine apart, like most of us would do so. It was bad my 2ed and 4th gear was slipping. sometimes i had to hold the sifter up for about 10-15 sec before it switched gears.
