Default f4i woes and thank you's!

After getting my bike up and going (It had been sitting for 2+ years) I ran into a slew of the usual, "O know why does my f4i rattle, sputter, get hot 220+, and get horrible gas milage" type of questions. I'm happy to say from all the late nights getting friendly with the search button and reading page after page of the wisdom that is archived here, my bike is running better then ever! I read so many posts and could never remember all the names for personal thank you's, so I thought I would just make a thread thanking everyone for being so helpful and enjoying this lifestyle just as I do.

Just a little background, I ride a 2001 red/black f4i, undertail kit, flush mounts, double bubble windscreen. Not to many upgrades, but reciently for the season I have changed the fuel pump, fuel pump regulator, cct all the brake, oil and coolant fluids. currently next to me I have sitting a set of
black ASV levers, RK 520 red/black chain, Driven front 15 tooth sprocket and a matching rear Driven 48 tooth and I cant explain in words how excited I am to get these parts on the bike!
My future hopes for the bike include a set of tires, not sure which ones yet, exhaust of some sort and maybe an upgrade in the brake department somehow?
Ill end this by saying once agian thanks to everyone and Ill be posting a few pics soon, as thats one of my favorite parts about this forum and I dont think im the only one that feels that way..

Honestly I love the forum, if I didn't belong here I don't know what I would do with my life. Not saying that I"m on here 24/7, but I like to see what people are doing and put their ideas to use on my bike

People come up with some great ideas, and of course there is a wealth of knowledge that I would consider irreplaceable. A big thanks to everyone on the forum!

Stopped by my local cyclegear today and picked up the Stockton tool kit, rivet tool. The price tag said $89.99, but when I asked if there was some way I could get it any cheaper the cashier girl made a sad face and said they were half off last week! I replied with "what do i need to do to get it at that price?" she said, let me talk to the manager.. 2 min later I was leaving with a brand new chain tool for 29.99! 1 step closer to getting this chain and sprocket kit on my bike

What's the search button? :P

But I'm glad to see we've all been able to help out. Moderator or not, I still have questions.
