I Have The '04 F4i and was wondering is it a good idea to change the seat over from tha ba. seat to the 2 seater that you see on the earlier moderls and what will I have to do to achieve this?

I've read that it's pretty straight forward - just bolt it on. You do have to get creative with wiring harnesses though.

Ask Jared here, he just did his. He'll fill ya in!

Yeah, Thirdgenlxi did a write up a few weeks ago. Looks schweet! You have to get a new tail, and subframe i think.

the banana seats are more comfortable from what i have read. if you are only looking for looks, go for it... if you care about comfort, you may want to rethink doing this mod.

+1 on that Just get the seat cover for the bannannnana seat, I think its way more practical and comfortable anyways. The dual seat reminds me of the RR and we all know how uncomfortable they are...

I find my 01 F4i rather comfortable, I do 3.5hr trips to the beach regulalry and will be making an 850mi trip to daytona next weekend, I will let you know how it goes. I just stop eveyr hour for a stretch break.
