So go the new used engine yesterday it was in time and things were looking good till i checked the compression cylinder 4 has zero compression so Im guessing a bent or stuck valve if thats the case that works perfect for me I can just swap my head on that engine but will have to see what the damage is when I take the head off tonight Ill keep updating...

the only way to know is re-check the compression on the engine again. it should be around 178psi.

I figured the piston was bad and sinc its already out might aswell go through the engine to check for anymore damage so I started to take it apart and now I have the case split on that engine. This is my plan It seems like it will work but please anyone with knowledge on this chime in. I'm going to keep the whole bottom end of the "new" used engine besides the pistons reusing the rods from that engine then Im going to put the pistons and upper crank case on the bottom end of the new engine. Only thing I'm questioning is the wrist pins should I use the wrist pins from the motor in my bike or the new motor? or does it even matter? I'm just worried about the different ware on the parts.
