Can you be more specific on how you mean the "plug for the BAS has continuity"? It has continuity when measuring from either wire to frame ground? If you measure voltage from either of those 2 wires, (Red/White or Green) to frame ground, do you read any voltage?

I checked the continuity on the ground wire and it appears the wire is fine. I have Continuity from the BAS ground to the front of the headlight harness. I also have it from the headlight harness to the fuel pump

So, as it stands right now, when you turn the Ignition Key switch to the on/run position, you do not hear the fuel pump prime? Do you hear either of the 2 relays, the Engine Stop or the Fuel Cut relay energizing? Located under seat, behind right side panel.

Default Update:Got it running

So after stripping my bike completely down and doing countless continuity checks I determined that I didn’t have continuity on the black 12v wire the goes from the kill switch to the Engine Stop relay. So I tested it with a jump wire directly from the battery to the 12v black wire on the relay and it primed so this told me that it wasn’t getting power. So I tested all the wires in the sub harness on the rear of the bike and continuity was good. Then I tested continuity on the kill switch black wire to the bottom of the kill switch plug and it was good as well. So lastly I checked continuity on the 12 volt black wire from the main harness to the end where it plugs in the sub harness and found that I didn’t have continuity. Every other wire checked out fine. So I ran a new power wire in place of the broken one in the mid-harness only and the bike fired right up!!! I’ve had this bike for 8 months and this is my very first time hearing it!!! A lot of ppl fix there bikes and never update the forum on how they fixed it but this solved my no prime no spark issue

Glad it all worked out, and appreciate you posting back. Enjoy the ride. Personally I enjoy tracking down electrical issues because it's just a matter of connecting the dots. I know I'm a little off though.
