Default F4i kill switch

So I got a deal on a 2002 F4i that currently won’t start, the fuel pump is good because I hardwired it and it cut on, I got another ecu for it thinking that was the issue and it still won’t start. I ordered new ignition that will be here shortly so that’s the next step but I’m super curious about the kill switch. The starter on my bike turns over whether the switch is on or off, is that normal. Also I’m not getting any clicking from the relays at all, I swapped them with the headlights and they still work. BAS is bypassed as well. This is my first bike so I don’t know alot about these so any advice would help tremendously. Thank you guys

The starter should not turn over if your kill switch is engaged, so something is definitely up with that. Aaaand, that's about the extent of my expertise. Sorry, but hopefully, someone more knowledgeable than I will be along shortly to help!

Let us know what you find after you replace the ignition switch.

Default Update:F4i kill switch

Updating you guys, changed the ignition, still won’t prime, none of the relays are clicking either. When I checked the fuel pump plug from the harness I get 11 volts from the brown and black wire, nothing from the brown wire. When I jumped the relays I didn’t get a prime either. I’ve swapped the relays with the headlights and still nothing. Only thing I haven’t switched was the kill switch

Are you able to verify that you're getting 9v on the Pink wire of the 4 pin connector for the ignition switch? With none of the relays clicking, it seems like the BAS (Bank Angle Sensor) thinks the bike is on it's side.

I can check! Ran out of time tonight. The previous owner bypassed the BAS sensor and I noticed it’s not even there, the white wire is clipped and not connected to anything does it have to be?

The Engine Stop Relay gets its ground connection via the BAS. If it's been bypassed, then you'd need to verify it's right.

This is what it looks like. I’m new to the bike world so I was assuming it was correct

Ok, so the Red/White wire has been shorted to the Green wire. So there should be continuity from either of those wires and ground. If you put your hand on the Engine Stop relay, which is located behind the right side cover below the seat, can you feel if it is being energized?

After looking at it today the kill switch was bypassed by the previous owner. The BAS Is getting 11.5 volts to white wire in the center, the plug for the BAS has Continuity.
