F4i HID connection problems

I haven’t been able to check it yet because I have to get a new multimeter. And I tried to other hid bulb on the battery and it comes on and stays on fine

Could be a dodgy bulb, once it's set up you can try it again, at least you know the ballast work, but did you try swapping over the new ballast in case one of those is dodgy

I switched the ballast and that’s the problem

if ballast don't work I'd send them back, or replaced

I'd explain that to them and see if they will replace it

they said they will but do you know the size of the socket I need to remove the ngk spark plugs

Your going to have to get a 16mm long reach spark plug socket

I already have the long part that connects to the socket wrench but idk what the size of socket that
goes on the tip of the extension part
