Default Is F4i good for learing to race on...

I wanna really get into racing. Such as track racing. Just wondering if it would be a good learner. I have an '05 so...

yea it's good if you don't weight more than 165 or so.

also, it'll need some suspension work if you want to get competitive and weigh more than 165 or so.

java is a puny mang...weighs like 150 full gear or something...

I really don't like the saddle design for the new f4i... if I wanted a Kitana I would buy a Kitana, right? Anyway, if you want to start riding track you have to have a track ready bike... they are really strict about wiring and taping lenses removing mirrors... so that's a must. As you get better you will notice you need things... steel braided brake lines and suspension adjustment for your height and weight. As you get lower and lower into turns you'll see that hitting your rider pegs sucks... so you'll get either racing or adjustable rear-sets... and then your can might hit... in which case you take off your passenger peg brackets and get a high exit exhaust. Basically, any of the top 4 brand bikes are more than ad***uate for learning with the fundementals in mind. Competing is a different story.
