Default engine dieing

Had the engine idle until at normal operating temp. added 1 can of injector cleaner to tank, biked smoked like a chimney then stopped smoking as much. bike revved real smooth sitting on stand , then when i took it out to run as soon as i put it in gear it started missing and choking again, had to slip clutch and rev to start off in first. any help or suggestions, i am at my POed point.
i had previously said about this sitting for 3 years and i changed the oil, filter, fuel filter and air cleaner. bike only has 1174 miles on it and its an 02.

You added an entire bottle of injector cleaner?!?!? WTF?? You know that one bottle typically is for 20 gallons of gas, right? Our bikes hold less than 5, so you've got waaaaaay too much in there first off.

Second, you may have fouled a plug or two.... might want to throw some fresh plugs in to be on the safe side

Which "fuel filter" did you change?? The only thing close to a fuel filter is the sock on the fuel pump. You did put fresh gas in it, right? Your fuel pressure regulator may have taken a dump from sitting so long.... they don't like sitting. See if you can smell gas real strong in the exhaust

Chevron makes a bottle that treats 12 gallon tanks, put that in it. all injector cleaner is, is jet fuel mixture and no even 12/5 is not too much. now had i added the biggercan, yeah. they are brand new plugs took them out and the 2 and 3 plugs had more carbon on them than 1 - 4 which were like new.
i changed the fuel filter inside the tank that is the only one right?
i have been reading nonstop about it possibly being the FPR and yes the exhaust does smell of fuel.
so i guess the next move is FPR to try the last thing i can do before i take it to a stealer
