Undertail looks good. :-) He's shipping me out a black one. I'm pissed tho cause I emailed them before I bid on the damn thing and providing them with the paint code of the blue 2006, I assumed they would paint it, but nope.

So I'm getting a black one and will decide if I'l lleave it or repaint it our 06 blue. Oh well. He seemed pretty nice and accomidating on the phone (I live about 25 mins away from them) and they told me I couldn't come to them because they are not "public".

I'll keep you guys informed, but I chose this undertail because it's exactly what I was looking for. The blinkers are built into the brake lights eliminating the flashers. I like that sleek, cleaned up look. Minimal makes me happy. :-)

OH and not to change the subject, but I also ordered a swingarm license plate bracket for 20 bux off ebay. I was a little concerned about the quality, but it's pretty good and solid. *I can't see paiyng over 100 and some-odd dollars for a piece of metal*
That'll really clean up that rear.

I ordered a semi-gloss black (it came textured too) and a silver to match my swingarm. (the black one was installed on a Triumph)

 

Sent out the old one three days ago- provided them a tracking # (by phone) so they could send one out to me same day- they didn't. Still waiting... I'm very anxious to see if they did it right this time. They received it today.

In the meantime, I'm riding around all weekend and today with a gaping hole in my rear end and my existing tag temporarily plugging it up! [:@]

I think the guys in shipping just grabbed a box that said, "F4I Black" and threw my shipping address on it. There wasn't a year on it either. Just an honest mistake I think. My thought is if they even read a note that you've included in your paypal payment!

(On their listings, it does say that if you want a different color, to specify it in notes- or something like that!)


OH YEAH I almost forgot..... It cost me $6.00 to ship it back! I requested a shipping refund and *POOF* no reply.
THAT pissed me off.

 

Yeah, I won't be ordering anything from them again or recommending them to anyone.

Not only did they blantantly LIE to me about when they shipped out this correct part, but they gave me a bogus tracking number! So I call back this place and the guy on the phone said he'd look into it and call me right back. In the meantime, I called their shipping carrier and no shipments were sent out for the day Pit-eck said they shipped it out, or the next business day, up until today.

After 5 PM (when they close), I'm boiling (pet peeve of mine) because this asshat doesn't return my call and leaves me hanging. I sent them a very nasty email letting them know I was 2 seconds away from complaining to Visa/Paypal.

They can take than damn fiberglass stinky undertail and shove it.
